Ted Stanhope

Ted Stanhope, Jr. is a seasoned Human Resources professional with more than a decade of experience leading HR strategy, organizational development, and employee relations across corporate, nonprofit, and family-owned business settings.

In his current role as HR Generalist at Secure Data Technologies, Ted designs and executes people strategies that align with business goals, promote operational clarity, and foster a culture of trust and accountability. His strengths lie in conflict resolution, change leadership, and developing systems that support both performance and people.

Throughout his career, Ted has helped guide teams through periods of significant growth and transition, consistently earning trust by combining strategic insight with a strong sense of purpose. He is known for his clear communication, ethical leadership, and ability to bring stability to complex environments.

Ted holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resource Management from Texas A&M University–Central Texas. Outside of his corporate work, he is the co-founder of Pinnacle Pythons, a reptile breeding venture grounded in legacy, craftsmanship, and stewardship.
