Elizabeth Schweitzer

Liz brings a unique style to her helpdesk approach. She feels the client experience should be at the forefront of the interaction. Her teams and clients are always the center of focus. Liz strives to combine this approach with the incredible talent of her team to create a one-of-a-kind experience, exclusive to Secure Data Technologies. 

This is partly due to her unconventional entry into the field in 2019. She broke into the call center/help desk world while working in customer service as a barista, believing in the motivational words of, “Barista brains are different. Computers can be taught. Your approach to people cannot.” Liz is known for being an observer, using those skills to write processes, procedures, and documentation to increase efficiency, accountability, team empowerment, and performance. 

Liz has been part of the Secure Data Technologies team since December 2024. When she’s not trying to take the helpdesk world by storm, Liz enjoys working on projects for her 100+ year old home, baking, and crafting. She also proudly wears the title of pittie mom for a blue-nosed ball of chaos named Charlie Nugget. Her favorite role, however, is that of a professional auntie to the most amazing nephews and niece in the world.
