An international non-profit organization providing global humanitarian aid faced
the challenge of finding the right person to fill a key technology position.
Solution
Secure Data worked with the assistant CEO and CIO to help build an ideal client
profile. This profile included work experience, industry knowledge, technology focus,
education level, and communication skills. We then accessed a vast pool of candidates
and resources to assist with finding multiple candidates for review and consideration.
The strategies utilized by our team included internet tools, a proprietary database
comprised of thousands of resumes, and a vast network of personal contacts by our
recruiters.
Results
Secure Data was able to recruit for this difficult position where the client had
no prior success. Our client saved tremendous time and effort in utilizing our resources
to expedite this search. We have now been asked to broaden the client's recruiting
efforts outside of the technical organization and repeat the success.
