A full-service distribution company, focused on managing and delivering solutions
to its growing client base, needed specialized IT experience and specific assistance
with staffing a complex project that involved Microsoft .NET architecture. This
client has international customers, and delivers services across both government
and commercial industries and multiple languages.
Solution
The Secure Data lead architect, a former program manager responsible for the .NET
Framework, worked with the project manager to identify the ideal team member profiles.
These profiles were built to include work experience, industry knowledge, technology
focus, education level, and communication skills. The client managed the project
and the supporting team members were provided by Secure Data. The specific needs
were to build a team of the best senior-level web custom-application developers
and database design experts available. Within two weeks, a team of highly-qualified
resources were identified and the project was underway.
Results
The client was able to rely upon Secure Data for both project delivery and knowledge
transition from technology services. As part of this engagement, the client executed
a right-to-hire option on the technology resources involved in the project and transitioned
multiple resources to permanent employees, creating a very flexible solution that
