CCIE – Voice specialist needed for deployment/post sales engineering role
Requirements:
- Solid Cisco Voice skills (Communications Manager, Unity, UCCX, IPCC Express, etc.)
- Experience in Cisco post-sales engineering or technical consulting (pre-sales is
a plus)
- Very strong Cisco routing and switch/data networking skills
- Extensive experience in Layer 2 & Layer 3 technologies
- Other Cisco Advanced Technologies are a plus (Security, Wireless, Data Center)
- CCVP or CCIE certification (CCIE Voice is a plus)
What you'll be doing:
- Conducting pre- and/or post-sales engineering for Cisco Voice projects from SMB
- Enterprise size (all roles involve post sales and some could also interact on
the pre-sales side, depending on the individual)
- Participating in large-scale deployments of Communication Manager, Unity, and Call
Center solutions.
- Integrating Presence, Mobility, Emergency Responder, and other applications.
- Keeping up-to-date on relevant competitive solutions, products and services.
- Providing technical and sales support for accounts in assigned territory.
- Performing technical presentations for customers, partners and prospects.
- Assisting with the development of formal sales plans and proposals for assigned
opportunities.
