Requirements:
  • Solid Cisco Voice skills (Communications Manager, Unity, UCCX, IPCC Express, etc.)
  • Experience in Cisco post-sales engineering or technical consulting (pre-sales is a plus)
  • Very strong Cisco routing and switch/data networking skills
  • Extensive experience in Layer 2 & Layer 3 technologies
  • Other Cisco Advanced Technologies are a plus (Security, Wireless, Data Center)
  • CCVP or CCIE certification (CCIE Voice is a plus)
What you'll be doing:
  • Conducting pre- and/or post-sales engineering for Cisco Voice projects from SMB - Enterprise size (all roles involve post sales and some could also interact on the pre-sales side, depending on the individual)
  • Participating in large-scale deployments of Communication Manager, Unity, and Call Center solutions.
  • Integrating Presence, Mobility, Emergency Responder, and other applications.
  • Keeping up-to-date on relevant competitive solutions, products and services.
  • Providing technical and sales support for accounts in assigned territory.
  • Performing technical presentations for customers, partners and prospects.
  • Assisting with the development of formal sales plans and proposals for assigned opportunities.

Sales Representative - Cisco Sales

Reporting to the Director of Sales, the Sales Representative is responsible for growing market share by achieving sales objectives, developing new customer relationships, and maintaining and nurturing current customers in his or her specified geographic area and market segment. The ideal candidate will understand market competition, will quickly identify and prioritize new opportunities, and will understand, track and develop sales strategies based on market trends. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with management, other sales representatives, marketing, product management, and the customer to build profitability and loyalty with the client.

Sr. Cisco Network Engineer

We have an immediate need for a Senior Cisco Network Engineer to provide high level network project and operations support for our clients in the St. Louis area.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of Networking experience in an enterprise environment
  • Hands-on experience with Cisco routers and switches, ASA and/or PIX firewalls, and F5 and/or Cisco ACE load balancers
  • Strong practical knowledge of OSPF, BGP and EIGRP
  • VOIP and Cisco wireless knowledge strongly preferred
  • CCNP or higher certification strongly preferred
  • Bachelors Degree preferred
What you'll be doing:
  • Configure, deploy and manage network equipment (routers, switches and firewalls)
  • Provide network expertise to other IT groups on projects
  • Work with Architecture to implement new Infrastructure across the business
  • Work with Project Managers as the network resource for new initiatives
  • Configure all firewall access lists and audit them routinely
  • Configure site-to-site and remote access VPN tunnels
  • Manage the Cisco ACE load balancers for application teams
  • Manage the corporate wireless network and Internet Proxy servers
  • Mentor our level 1 and 2 engineers and provide Tier 3 support on escalated issues
